AI receptionist & admin · trusted by businesses across Ireland

Your business, minus the desk.

Freedesk answers every call and text, fills the diary, sends the reminders and closes the books. You stay with the client — or take the day off. The business keeps running. It already does — for businesses all over Ireland.

No tech skills. Limited places — a few owners at a time. Built for treatment clinics

How it starts

Set up with you. Then it just runs.

  1. 01

    Tell us the business

Services, hours, prices, the diary you already use. A conversation, not a software tour.

  2. 02

We set it up with you

One sitting. No install project, no login maze. If you can text, you can run it.

  3. 03

    It answers the same day

Booking, reminders, payments and the evening summary start landing on your phone.

Sound familiar?

The second shift is the job you didn’t hire for.

They don’t leave a voicemail.

The phone rings while your hands are full. The caller rings the next name on Google — and rebooks there for months.

Evenings become the second shift.

Reschedules, insurance receipts, half-paid invoices, staff hours. The last client leaves. Then the paperwork starts.

A forgotten hour is gone.

A no-show can’t be resold. Six of them a month is a quiet leak, and reminder chains are the only thing that stops it.

A front desk is €40k a year.

Most owners pay for one anyway — with their own time, seven days a week, including Sunday messages.

Freedesk takes that shift off the week. Not “coming soon” — it’s running today.

The maths nobody does

What doing nothing costs, in your numbers.

Move the sliders. Cash that leaves is kept separate from your time, so the story stays honest.

More assumptions

Cash walking out

€1,558

every month, before counting your time

  • Missed enquiries that would have booked€448
  • No-shows you can’t resell€350
  • Payments started, then abandoned€760

And your time

€2,365

10 hours a week, priced at €55 — about 43 hours a month you don’t get back.

If the desk saves one lost client, stops a couple of no-shows and brings back one forgotten payment, it has paid for itself — before a single evening is returned to you.

Everything below is live — not a roadmap

What Freedesk does for you

The diary fills itself

  • Online booking, day and night, from any phone
  • The next free slot sits on your website — one tap, booked
  • Clients reschedule and cancel without the phone tag
  • Intake forms go out before the first visit

Reception, while you work

  • Phone, SMS, WhatsApp and web chat — all answered
  • Checks the real diary, then books, moves or cancels
  • Prices, directions, what to wear, where to park
  • Speaks the client’s language — you get the summary in yours

No-shows and payments

  • Reminders a day before and an hour before, with a map link
  • Receipts clients can use for health insurance, sent automatically
  • A polite nudge when someone starts paying and wanders off
  • On-site payments recorded per person on the team

The back office, quiet

  • Morning brief for the team, evening summary on your phone
  • Hours tracked, weekly payroll prepared
  • Expenses logged as they happen
  • A one-click report for your accountant, plus reviews and local SEO

Before: ten or more hours a week on admin. After: clients booked, reminded and paid — while you’re with the next one.

Proof, not promises

It already runs real businesses across Ireland.

Freedesk wasn’t sketched in a boardroom.

€1,140
brought back in a single day from three unfinished payments. A short text. Without the system: €0.
0
missed calls. Every ring, text and WhatsApp is answered, booked or logged — including Sunday.
~10 hrs
of weekly admin lifted off the owner’s calendar. A working day, returned, every week.

Build in public

The journal — how it was built, from zero.

Not bought off a shelf. Each update is a problem an owner actually hit. The next ones will be written here too.

  1. 21 Sep 2026

The website shows the next free slot — and who is looking at it.

Every Freedesk site can tell the owner, in the moment, that someone landed: where from, which device, which button. And the page itself no longer hides the booking. It says the next open time out loud. One tap.

  2. 12 Sep 2026

Every payment is tied to the person who took it.

On-site payments are logged per staff member and land in the evening summary. If the numbers don’t match, you’re told the same day — not on Friday. The same week, unfinished checkouts got a polite text. Three messages brought back €1,140. Without the system: €0.

  3. Log 01 – 03

Booking, then reception, then the books.

First the diary, intake and automatic receipts. Then phone, SMS, WhatsApp and web chat against the live calendar. Then morning briefs, evening summaries, hours, payroll and the accountant’s report. Each one was a problem in a real business, closed before the next was opened.
